For the longest time, Dolores Catania's boyfriend David Principe used the excuse of his house still being under construction whenever the topic of the next step in their relationship came up.

While the 'RHONJ' housewife never pushed him into taking their relationship to the next level, she may get the answer to David's intentions sooner than she thought since his house is almost ready.

In the after-show special of the show, we see her former husband Frank Catania open up about his views on David and Dolores' relationship, while Dolores clearly sets up some boundaries and timelines for her relationship.

The producer asks Frank his thoughts about David and Dolores' relationship. He reveals that irrespective of what his former wife ever says, she is madly in love with David, but won't move in with him to their new house until she gets a commitment from him.

Dolores, on the other hand, says that moving into David's house isn't equivalent to a commitment to her. She reveals that David can easily replace her with any girl who gives him attention and she isn't comfortable with that and doesn't want to get herself into that situation.

So she wants something more than just an offer to move in with him for commitment and if she isn't getting it then she's walking away from him. The other housewives too echo Dolores' thoughts.

Margaret says that David should have put Dolores' name on the house, because a house is a lot more valuable than a ring, while Jackie and Melissa agree that their fellow housewife deserves a lot more than she is getting from David in the form of commitment.
