Tamra Judge told Bravo TV that she began calling people out and challenging situations otherwise 'RHOC' was all about having fun and going to lunches.

Tamra Judge might come across as blunt and even brash for some, but she says it like it is - a quality that's hard to find.

In a free-wheeling after-show chat with Bravo TV, the 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star said that the initial few seasons were hunky-dory where everyone would go on these lunch dates and not openly communicate unresolved issues. "I think I was the first one to ever come on and challenge anything or call anybody out. I was a little bit more edgier in my conversations. And, it was just a different show," she said and added that the show went to a darker place because of her.

Tamra doesn't hold back and there has been enough and more proof of it over the years. She has been responsible for some of the landmark events in the history of 'RHOC.' The sex party that she and Eddie Judge hosted pushed all sorts of buttons for her guests, who were extremely uncomfortable with Tamra roaming around the house carrying a strap-on. Not just that, the servers were almost nude and they pair had erotic toys for decor. This is peanuts when compared to the skinny-dipping loop she went on during her vacation in Tahiti. She would jump into the water surrounding her hut in tiny underpants. Tamra was heavily criticized by the online audience for being inappropriate and not thinking of her kids.

The reality TV star's fight with ex-husband Simon too was a perfect example of how Tamra isn't afraid of calling spade a spade. They were in a limo and headed out for a party when Simon brought up that Tamra was much like Vicki Gunvalson and she treated her like Vicki treats her ex Donn. The statement didn't sit well with Tamra and she blew up, yelling at Simon to f***k off and that she wants a divorce.

The two other controversial moments that put Tamra and 'RHOC' in the news were the bathtub incident, during which she revealed more than intended as she took a soak in her bath while sipping on some wine, and the wine-throwing event that happened almost a decade ago in one of the final episodes. Tamra threw a glass of wine on  Jeana Keough after she claimed that the former was making false accusations about Simon just to cut a heavy deal out of her divorce settlement.
