'RHOC': Gina slammed for calling Braunwyn a 'sloppy chihuahua', fans remind her she's the one with a DUI

A fan tweeted, 'Gina has a DUI, shake n go extensions hot glued to her split ends, popped a pimple in the middle of a cocktail party, is constantly drinking and she calls Braunwyn sloppy?'

After masking her alcoholism under the guise of "fun" for the longest time, 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Braunwyn Windham Burke has finally acknowledged her drinking problem and is taking steps to address it. However, the journey to sobriety has been anything but easy for the housewife. Although Braunwyn began working on herself and has stopped drinking, she still isn't ready to share it with the world, especially her fellow housewives.

Braunwyn's heavy drinking hasn't gone unnoticed by the ladies. At Shannon Beador's party, Gina Kirschenheiter and Braunwyn get into a huge brawl over the latter housewife taking potshots at Gina. Gina confronts Braunwyn for going around town and gossiping about her and talking smack about her new condo. Braunwyn stands up for herself and admits that she takes complete responsibility for taking potshots at Gina.

So, when Gina asks her why she is doing that, instead of clearing up the issue straight with her, Braunwyn comes up with the excuse of having no time and going through a lot. Shannon then takes a dig at Braunwyn by saying that she lost the only friend (Shannon) she had who could help her through the difficult time by putting words in her mouth. 

Braunwyn and Shannon again get into a shouting match about who called Gina's house "sad and depressing". Braunwyn ends the fight by declaring that she's been very lucid and remembering things very well ever since she quit drinking. An annoyed Gina retaliates by bringing up Braunwyn's drinking problem and calling her a "sloppy chihuahua" who is always drunk.

Braunwyn gets very upset on hearing Gina's words and reveals that she has been 30 days sober before breaking a glass and storming out of the party. Fans were annoyed with Gina for insulting Braunwyn's alcoholism when she herself got a DUI the previous season. Another fan wrote, "Coming from someone who got drunk and got behind the wheel and had a DUI, Gina is the pot calling the kettle black! At least @braunwyn didn’t get behind the wheel and caught a DUI, GINA! #RHOC." "Gina!! You're sloppy, wet Golden Retriever looking (just your hair..) a**..got drunk, started driving, and could have actually Killed someone. That makes you a perfect hypocritical a**hole.. Humble all the way the F%ck Up!! #RHOC," commented an angry fan.
