ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Tensions reached a boiling point within Drew Sidora's household in the latest episode of 'RHOA' as Ralph Pittman, Drew's ex-husband, expressed deep concern upon learning that her estranged sister would be paying a visit to their home.

In a vulnerable moment, Drew unveiled that her sister, Allison, had been her devoted manager for nearly three decades until their professional relationship came to an end in 2020. Unfortunately, Allison experienced a debilitating "mental health break" during that time, which rendered her unable to cope with the demanding responsibilities associated with managing Drew's day-to-day business affairs. However, Ralph's apprehension about reuniting with Allison stemmed from an entirely different source, hinting at underlying tensions within the household.

Why did Ralph Pittman ban Drew Sidora's sister from the house?

Drew went on to reveal that Ralph had banned Allison from their home "for a very long time." She elaborated, stating, "Allison and Ralph had significant disagreements, and she made some serious allegations about Ralph being controlling and manipulative. As a result, she was prohibited from our house for a few years." Drew didn't disclose her personal opinion regarding Ralph's decision to keep Allison away, but her attempt to reassure him when she entered their house suggests that she probably didn't approve of his choice all those years ago.

Later in the episode, Allison arrived at the house late at night while Ralph was already upstairs sleeping. In her private confessional, Drew remarked, "Ralph went to bed knowing Allison would be here soon. I want us to be a family and present a united front to support her healing journey. So, his decision to distance himself doesn't feel right to me." Eventually, Ralph and Allison were seen together at Drew's music video shoot, where they shared an emotional moment of tears and a hug. In his own private confessional, Ralph stated, "Allison has done things that have truly disrupted our relationship, especially with Drew. I wanted to see how she would behave during the music video shoot, and I felt she was extremely supportive. I believe Allison and I can build a strong bond and continue our relationship." Drew expressed that being able to spend time with both Ralph and Allison together was "the greatest gift." It is worth noting that this episode was filmed in late 2022, and it has since been revealed that Drew and Ralph filed for divorce in early March 2023.

'Ralph is the worst'

Ralph faced immediate backlash from fans, who accused him of being manipulative and controlling. One passionate Twitter user expressed their disapproval, stating, "Ralph's refusal to even acknowledge Drew's sister just confirms that he's still upset about her exposing his controlling and manipulative behavior years ago. If your partner can separate you from your own sister for years... he's controlling, and you're allowing it." Another Twitter user sarcastically questioned, "Did Ralph file for divorce because he was once again excluded from Drew's music video?" A third observant individual pointed out, "Ralph is merely using the sister situation as an excuse to leave the house and spend time with Tampa, aka the massage-offering 'assistant.' He's not fooling anyone." Adding to the conversation, a fourth user commented, "I believe Drew's sister's tears were tears of relief, knowing that she's doing well and not allowing Ralph to hinder her dreams." Some users highlighted Ralph's actions as evidence of his controlling nature, with one person stating, "Ralph is only reinforcing Drew's sister's claims by banning her from the house." In a heartfelt tweet, another user expressed sympathy for Drew's mother, who cried tears of joy at the sight of her daughters being reunited. The tweet read, "It broke my heart to witness Drew's mother seeing her daughters torn apart by her son-in-law. I'm glad that Drew and her sister were able to come together in that moment."
