'Real Housewives of Atlanta': NeNe loses her temper at Kenya, fans fail to understand what the fuss is about
Looks like the NeNe Leakes-Kenya Moore drama might not end anytime soon. The OG housewife found a new reason to be upset with Kenya and fans are having a tough time making sense of it.
NeNe hosted an animal print themed event for the housewives so that they can bond with each other. While NeNe's intentions were good, the execution was poor. The hostess was not at the venue at the time decided for the event.
Kandi Burruss and Tanya Sam were one of the first people to arrive at the venue and had to wait for over three hours to catch a glimpse of their hostess. When Kenya arrived at the venue and realized that NeNe wasn’t there, she left after waiting for a whole seven minutes. Later, when NeNe learned about Kenya’s seven-minute stint, she was furious.
We saw NeNe constantly throw shade at the former beauty queen for just staying at the venue for seven minutes while overlooking the fact that she herself was three hours late to her own event.
Fans called out NeNe for being mad at Kenya when she herself was at fault in the first place. A fan wrote, "You know, Nene, girl, if you're 2.5 hours for your own event, you shouldn't even questioning how long Kenya came and stayed especially when don't even f*ck with you. #RHOA."
Another fan tweeted, "I like NeNe but 3 hours late to your own event? After she had a meltdown on kandi a few seasons ago about being late. Don’t they have other things to do? I would have left like Kenya and she’s not even my girl. #rhoa."
"Nene being mad at Kenya for an event she came 2 hours late is ridiculous #rhoa," expressed an amused fan.
Fans seem to be with Kenya on this one and shared that they too would have done the same if they realized that the hostess was late to her own event.
A fan commented, "Nene acting like she wasn't two hours late... if Kandi didn't say Kenya said for 10 minutes then she could have been there for an hour... I would have left too TF! #rhoa." Another fan wrote, "Nene had you not been almost 3 hrs late to your own event I might understand your beef with Kenya on this particular argument.
