Drew Sidora is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring that the girls' trip she's hosting for the 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' cast in New Orleans is truly the best and most memorable one for the ladies. 

From flying the ladies to New Orleans on a private jet to signing them up for a zydeco dance class, the new housewife is going above and beyond to be a gracious hostess. Drew, however, outdid herself when she roped in none other than Big Freedia aka 'Queen of Bounce' to have dinner with them. On the latest episode of 'RHOA', Freedia made an appearance on the show when the housewives stopped by for a cookery class and dinner with the legendary recording artist.

In case you're wondering how Freedia ended up with the Atlanta housewives, then we got you covered. In her confessional Drew explained how her sister has been best friends with the R&B star for years so she pulled some strings to arrange for a fun dinner. 

Freedia definitely made the entire cooking process extremely fun and enjoyable for everybody. Although the housewives were initially reluctant and hesitant at the thought of donning the aprons and cooking while they were on a vacation, once they saw Freedia they immediately jumped at the opportunity of cooking alongside her. Freedia then told the ladies that they would all be cooking a dish called 'Booty Poppin' Potatoes'. 

What is Booty poppin' Potatoes?

Big Freedia's larger-than-life personality isn't just restricted to her music and dance but also apparently her food. When the housewives learned that they would be making booty poppin' potatoes, they too were puzzled just like the rest of us. Freedia then proceeded to explain how this was a dish she learned from her mother and just added her own name to it. In an interview with Essence, the legendary New Orleans native shared a bit more about this unique recipe and how she grew up eating it. "I grew up on this. This was something my mother made when money was tight or when she came home from those late nights working. And it’s simple and you can stretch this far, so save your coins baby!” 

Fans were amused by the dish's unique name. A fan tweeted, "Big Freedia is so funny, booty popping potatoes #RHOA." Another fan wrote, "It was definitely the ‘Booty Poppin’ Potatoes’ for me! #RHOA." 

Many fans were interested in trying the dish too. A fan shared, "I could go for me a plate of Booty Poppin Potatoes... #RHOA." "I want some of those Booty Poppin Potatoes! #RHOA," seconded a fan.
