‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’: Kenya snubs NeNe's attempts to be friendly, fans say she's being a 'b***h'
The latest episode of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta' made one thing very clear, the Kenya Moore-NeNe Leakes drama won’t be ending anytime soon. Kenya, who is going through a tough time in her personal life, after her divorce announcement, still had the energy to continue her beef with NeNe.
Surprisingly, NeNe has been kind towards Kenya. In fact, the OG housewife even extended the metaphorical olive branch via a text message to the former beauty queen, but when she didn’t respond to it, NeNe wasn’t very pleased. Although NeNe isn’t very happy with Kenya, she still made an effort to be nice to her fellow housewife.
She, in fact, even readily agreed to Cynthia Bailey’s suggestion of sitting down with Kenya and discussing relationships and offering advice. However, Kenya didn’t seem to be up for NeNe’s concerns for her or their friendship. Whenever NeNe tried initiating a conversation, the former beauty queen kept her responses brief and curt. When Kenya began going round the table and thanking and appreciating the ladies for being kind and respectful towards her during the difficult time, she conveniently ignores thanking NeNe.
Later, when Cynthia asks Kenya to sit with NeNe and talk to her, Kenya rudely declines it. NeNe expresses to Cynthia that she was feeling “snubbed” by Kenya, despite her attempts to be nice. Fans were as annoyed as NeNe when they saw Kenya focussing her energy on being petty towards NeNe, despite her personal life being in shambles.
A fan tweeted, “Kenya is acting like such a b****. @NeNeLeakes did not have to ask if she was okay. It was genuine. And Kenya thanked everybody at the table except Nene. That’s why it’s hard to feel sorry for her. #RHOA.” Another fan wrote, “Yes, Kenya is going through a lot. Kenya should have just fellowship to Nene. Nene bringing up Kenya situation was actually genuine. So I blame Kenya because through it all she is still being shady. She thanks all the women but Nene. #RHOA.” Another fan pointed, “Nene was nice to Kenya twice in one episode and Kenya still managed to snub her #RHOA.”
Fans made it clear that Kenya makes it hard to like her with her actions. A fan commented, “@KenyaMoore this is the reason I dont like Kenya she is going through all this sh*t supposedly but she can find time to be shady snub nene and hold on to hate??? #RHOA.” “Kenya that was wrong of you to snub Nene like that!!! #RHOA,” declared a fan.
