Bryan and Sarah Baeumler are all set to have the hotel of their dreams ready but one thing that is stopping them is the endless number of things that are left to be fixed. With only 12 weeks in their hand, the pair has to make sure everything is up and running in order to get the hotel ready to welcome guests with open arms and a tropical experience that they will always remember.

In the latest episode (July 26), Sarah and Bryan had a couple of things on their list that needed to be complete. The first task at their hand was to start working on the Lusca part of the hotel. The Lusca contains the dining area, a bar area and the clubhouse. With the floors in place and the bar area nearly complete, the pair had to make sure they had all the chairs and tables in place.

Once they got an idea of where things would go, the next task was to bring in the appliances that were needed for the bar area and to measure them to make sure everything fits in place and looks good to go. Bryan was happy to see how things were going and with the hotel rooms having air conditioner now, he thought everything was going according to their plan.

Unfortunately, one thing that he did not see coming was the leak. Lawrence, who is the electrician for the hotel, asked Bryan to look into a leak that was happening in the hallway. He was shocked to find out and became worried that it might be a leak that could be throughout the hotel. Fearing that the entire pipeline would need to be fixed, Bryan worried about the setback it will put on their plan. He asked Lawrence to remove all the wood on top and see if there was any leak. Once that was done, it was revealed that the leak stemmed from a pipe that had a nail hammered into it.

Bryan was shocked to find this happened but was happy that it wasn't a bad setback as it was something that could be fixed in time. Despite fixing this, many things were left to be finished on Sarah and Bryan's list. Will they be able to finish everything in time?

'Renovation Island' airs on Sundays at 8 pm ET on HGTV.
