Ever since Brandi Redmond's old "racist" video clip where she is seen mocking Asians resurfaced on the Internet, the housewife has been in an extreme defensive mode. Following the intense backlash she received from the Internet, the housewife began contemplating suicide. She even had to check into rehab to stop her from hurting herself.

While Brandi was still feeling over the edge about being branded a "racist", Bravo decided to throw her a curveball by introducing Tiffany Moon, as the first Asian housewife on 'Real Housewives of Dallas' Season 5.

'RHOD': What is Tiffany's heartbreaking immigrant story? Here's why she confronted Brandi for her racist video

Brandi was extremely nervous and anxious about meeting Tiffany. Thankfully for Brandi, all her fellow housewives firmly took her side and explained to Tiffany that the housewife wasn't racist and the video clip was just a joke that backfired very badly. When the housewives finally met, Tiffany took the opportunity to clear up the air by declaring that she bore no ill-will towards Brandi, and also shared her experience of growing up as an immigrant in the USA.

Following their heartfelt conversation, Tiffany was under the assumption that things were fine between Brandi and her, but looks like that might not be the case. On the latest episode of 'RHOD', Brandi declared that she was tired of walking on eggshells around Tiffany over the fear of coming across as racist or offensive.

Brandi, who is the self-proclaimed jokester of the group, felt that she couldn't completely be herself around Tiffany, as she was afraid about the new housewife perceiving her behavior or words as offensive or racist. So, Brandi reportedly began acting very awkwardly and uncomfortably around Tiffany, and this was taking a toll on her.

On the recently aired episode, Brandi explained to Tiffany about her fears and how she wasn't able to express herself the way she wanted to out of fear. Tiffany was completely taken aback when she heard that Brandi was feeling that way.

The new housewife then pointed out how she never once felt or led anyone to believe that Brandi was racist or she disliked Brandi. She also began listing out all the positive qualities of Brandi that she had come to appreciate and love. However, Brandi continued to blame Tiffany for making her feel uncomfortable. Fans were unhappy with Brandi's behavior and called her out for blaming Tiffany for her actions.

A fan tweeted, "Brandy making it all about her again & again & again. @BrandiRedmond stop playing the victim. If you are insecure around @TiffanyMoonMD b/c your worried about offending her if you act authentically your self... that’s a you problem & concerning. Maybe #RHOD is not your medium..."

Another fan wrote, ""You cant be yourself"... why? because yourself normally says racist shit? Is that issue that Brandi is having? She's gotta explain that better. #RHOD." "Tiffany has been nothing but nice to brandi!! if brandi feels uncomfortable than she should reevaluate her racist tendencies #RHOD," a fan shared.

Fans also pointed out how it wasn't Tiffany's responsibility to make Brandi feel better about herself. A fan shared, "Tiffany does NOT have to make you feel better about something YOU DID. That is your insecurity, after your mistake, and you need to work it out with yourself. #RHOD #bravotv." "It is so wrong for Brandi to make Tiffany feel bad for something that SHE did. Like wtf? #RHOD," pointed out a fan.

"MAKING YOU FEEL BETTER FOR YOUR OFFENSIVE, RACIST ACTIONS AND BEHAVIORS IS NOT TIFFANY'S RESPONSIBILITY, BRANDI. Like, the number of hoops People of Color have to jump through to comfort white feelings is ASTRONOMICAL. Like, we are seeing a rise in hate crimes and violence toward our Asian brothers and sisters and now I have to sit and watch Dr Moon make Brandi feel better about her white fragility is VERY BOTHERSOME. I'M HEATED," commented an angry fan.
