'Power Book II: Ghost' is returning after a lengthy hiatus, and boy, there's a lot to do. Episode 6 is titled 'Good Vs Evil' and now we're sure that the showrunners are messing with us, because no one walks the narrow path of virtue here... and there's a lot of evil to be tackled. Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr), the lead protagonist, who is usually ten steps ahead of everyone, has found himself in a pickle. As much as he hates to admit it, he's slowly becoming like his late father, as he steps into the complicated circus of drugs and crime.

Worse, he might face the ire of Tommy Egan, stalwart from the original 'Power' series. Tasha (Naturie Naughton), who took the blame for Ghost's murder, decided to blame Tommy for it. However, everything backfired on her and she was arrested, courtesy smooth player Cooper Saxe. Fans are waiting for Tommy to return and wreak hell on Tariq and Tasha, as he was Ghost's best friend. We've got several tantalizing hints that he just might return. The last we saw of Tommy was in 'Power', where he tried to start his life over again after the death of his partner LaKeisha (La La Anthony). Tommy is also set to appear in his own 'Power' spinoff called 'Force'.

Showrunner Courtney Kemp told TVLine that at the end of the season, "By the end of the season, you are going to see a very familiar face." Come and unleash hell, Tommy. He might just kill Tasha for blaming him.

Tempers and anxieties reached a breaking point in the mid-season finale. There were a lot of things happening in this episode, one of them being that Davis McLean, the man Tariq had hired to represent his mother Tasha (Naturie Naughton), is done with him, and is going to sell him out to Cooper Saxe. Davis isn't interested in the teenager anymore and has only one thing on his mind: To get a big win and earn more money.

He makes this decision after Saxe's niece Riley drugs Tariq, and he stumbles all the way to his father and sister's graves, where he makes the rambling admission that he murdered Ghost. Saxe has proof of his admission of guilt and can get a better crack at the case. The plan as it stands is that Tasha will be released from prison and Tariq will go to jail. The video might not be allowed in court, but Saxe has his own dirty ways of getting his hands on solid proof and this shows a big win in the future for the two lawyers.

'Power Book II: Ghost' airs on StarZ, Sundays at 8 pm.
