Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes welcomes baby boy with wife Brittany Mahomes
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes became a family of four as they welcomed their second child. The couple announced the arrival of their baby boy via a joint Instagram post On Monday, November 28. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and wife posted a photo of the infant's legs in a brown and white onesie, captioned, "Patrick 'Bronze' Lavon Mahomes III 🤴🏽11/28/22 7lbs 8oz 🤍."
The baby was seen lying on a blanket with the word "Mahomes" on it. The image also shows a diamond chain with their son's nickname, "Bronze," engraved on it. Many fans, friends, and followers, including the Kansas City Chiefs quarterbacks, said congratulations in the comments section. Kansas City Chiefs wrote “Congratulations Patrick & Brittany.”

Earlier this week, Brittany, 27, shared a series of Instagram images showing her nude pictures with a growing baby bump. In the photos, Brittany was only covered by a white, lace sheet; she posed in a variety of poses, including one where her belly peeked out from beneath the fabric, and another where she sat on the floor cradling the sheet. "Can't believe I'll soon have 2 little loves🥹🤎," Brittany captioned the post.
Mahomes and Matthews have already welcomed their first child, Sterling Skye. They got married in March in Hawaii, after celebrating their daughter's first birthday. They revealed they were expecting their second child together in late May via an Instagram post captioned "Round 2," they wrote alongside family photos of their little girl holding up a sign that read, "Big sister duties coming soon."
A few months later, the NFL player and his wife held a gender reveal party and uploaded a video to Instagram, in which they revealed whether they were expecting a boy or a girl.
They both sprayed water guns that spewed out blue liquid to confirm they were having a boy.
The mother-of-two recently reflected back on expanding her family. She posted images of her baby shower and her daughter on Instagram, saying, "As we embark on the last several weeks of this baby girl being my only child, I can only think of how thankful I am to be her mama!" "Sterling Skye, you have taught me so much about life. Peace, patience, to be present and truly only spend your time on what matters! You my girl are my everything & I will never take this life with you for granted!" she continued. "I can not wait for you to be the best big sister but also soaking in every last second with just you ster girl," Brittany concluded.
