All the nominations for ‘Ozark’

'Ozark' has been nominated in the top category of Best Drama Series, aside from five other individual nominations for the cast.

Lead actor Jason Bateman has been nominated in the Best Actor in a Drama Series category, for his brilliant portrayal of the role of Marty Byrde. His counterpart Laura Linney, who plays Wendy Byrde in the highly acclaimed series, has been nominated for Actress in a Drama Series category.

Other members of the cast like Julia Garner and Janet McTeer are two leading contenders in the category of Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. They beautifully essayed their respective roles of Ruth and Helen Pierce in the series. Actor Tom Pelphrey, better recognized as Ben Davis in 'Ozark' has been nominated for Supporting Actor in a Drama Series award.

Which awards can ‘Ozark’  win?

In the Best Drama Series category, 'Ozark' has a strong competition with 'The Crown' which swept the show at the Golden Globes 2021 in the past week. Still, Ozark fans would love to see their favorite show be crowned the top Drama Series of the year at the 26th Critics Choice Awards on Sunday, especially a trophy for Julia Garner — who racked up numerous awards last year and has only taken her performance one notch higher since then.

Jason Bateman stands a high chance of winning the Best Actor in a Drama Series award, though he might have to face a tough contest with Josh O'Connor, whose portrayal of Prince Charles in 'The Crown' won hearts and a Golden Globe as well. Despite Connor's popularity, Bateman stands a high chance of winning in this category.

In the Best Actress in a Drama Series category, Laura Linney stands against the fan-favorite Emma Corrin, who played Princess Diana in 'The Crown'. Though the audience is shipping Corrin for this category, Linney might end up with a surprise win.
