Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan are set to host and kickstart the 2022 Oscars nomination announcements. On February 8, the duo will announce the award nominees via global livestream, as said by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Actor, writer, singer of 'American Horror Story' fame, Leslie Jordan will pair up with Tracee Ellis Ross of 'Black-ish' fame.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is a worldwide organization of over 10,000 cinema artists, filmmakers, and executives. The Academy sponsors a wide range of projects to promote the art and science of filmmaking, including public programming, educational outreach, and such. The biggest project of these is the Oscars that promotes and ignites the recognition of top-notch cinema, globally. Following the successful 93rd Oscars, the 94th Academy Awards will be broadcast live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, March 27. Today, that is Tuesday, February 8, is a big day for all the stars in the cinema world around the globe. Fans around the world are so stoked to hear the nominations as the Twitter world has been buzzing with various recommendations of movies. The high concept ensemble drama "House of Gucci" starred by Lady Gaga, Guillermo del Toro's "Nightmare Alley," and Steven Spielberg's musical adaptation "West Side Story," among others, are most anticipated by the netizens to get inside the nominations.

But another movie that has started to go viral is the South Indian flick 'Jai Bhim' which caught attention through Rotten Tomatoes’ award Editor Jacqueline’s reply to NY Times projectionist Kyle Buchanan’s tweet. Kyle Buchanan tweeted asking, “Which Oscar nomination could provoke the biggest reaction from you tomorrow morning?” to which Jacqueline replied, “#JaiBhim for Best Picture.
