Oscars 2020: Upset 'Irishman' fans say Brad Pitt did not 'deserve' Best Supporting Actor win

Brad Pitt may have won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood', but not everyone is excited about the actor adding yet another feather to his hat.

Some people on Twitter felt that Pitt did not "deserve" to win for his performance as Cliff Booth and that his competitors in the category — 'The Irishman's Al Pacino and Joe Pesci — should have been up on the stage delivering the acceptance speech.

"#Oscars2020 What the hell - Brad Pitt did NOT deserve this award! - The #irishman Al Pacino was ROBBED!" tweeted an upset fan.

While many appreciate his performance in the movie, they do not think that the win was deserving over Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. "I loved Brad in the movie, but better than Al or Joe Pesci? I don't think so," tweeted another.

"Long over due. But i still believe Joe Pesci deserves this than anyone in the category (watch Irishman and you'll get me!) Oh well...." tweeted another fan.

"I feel these #Oscars2020 will once again disappoint the movie community but make a lot of studios CEO’s very happy. #Irishman will ofc be ignored cause #Netflix is not to be considered a serious Hollywood movie studio ever! Just a reunion of money influence and a SJW agenda," tweeted a really upset fan.

Now fans are adamant that the movie must bag the award for the Best Picture. "If The Irishman doesn’t win best picture, we're gonna have issues," tweeted a fan.
