LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cincha is a business that provides unique travel gear to make traveling easier and more enjoyable. The firm, based in Oakland, California, provides fashionable and one-of-a-kind items that cater to the demands of modern travelers. Cincha founders pitch $35 travel belts on 'Shark Tank'

Cincha founders Ashley Sharma and James Baker Jr. came into the Tank on the most recent episode of 'Shark Tank,' seeking $200,000 for 15% of their firm. Both frequent travelers were dissatisfied with the absence of elegant and effective solutions for attaching their personal items to their baggage. They intended to develop a solution that was both economical and visually beautiful, as well as tackle this prevalent travel issue. From their California flat, they began inventing travel items that catered to various interests and inclinations. Cincha's goal was to become more than just a travel accessory provider by positively impacting society. The organization values direct client engagement in order to provide the greatest possible experience for everyone.

The various travel belts cost $35.99 and are available in a variety of designs and colors. The price of their little travel belt is $31.99. The travel belt packs with the Cincha strap are $35.99.

Unfortunately, the majority of Sharks elected not to make a deal. Sharks Kevin O'Leary and Barbara Corcoran, on the other hand, appeared to be intrigued. They demanded a 25% stake in the firm. In the end, Ashley and James decided to take Barbara's offer.

'No different than that $5 luggage strap'

Even though as a company Cincha values both style and substance, fans seemed unconvinced. Seeing the duo pitch their products on national television, a viewer tweeted, "I am really not seeing the utility of Cincha." Calling out the founders for the pricing of their products, a fan wrote, "I have one similar it is required in the case you break a zipper or your luggage gets broken in transit I paid a few dollars." Another person added, "Not a big fan but hope they get a deal." A fourth person asked, "Okay but I can still yoonk the bag vertically if I want to. Why not just grab the handles and hold it with the rolling bag's handles? It's free."

On Reddit, fans criticized Cincha for its pricing too, "No different than that $5 luggage strap I put on my checked luggage to identify it easier." Another person added, "Margin on the product itself is impressive but they're spending $30 to get a $60 sale. Ouch."

'Shark Tank' Season 14 Episode 20 will air on ABC on Friday, April 14, at 8 PM ET. You can catch the latest episode the next day on demand, or on Hulu. You can also watch old seasons and episodes on Amazon Prime Video and iTunes.
