'The Voice' season 18: Nick Jonas confirms he will be replacing Gwen Stefani on the show and fans just can't keep calm

Nick Jonas took to Twitter to announce that he will be joining the show as a new judge for season 18.

There is a new judge in town! Nick Jonas took to his Twitter to announce that he would be joining the judges on 'The Voice' for season 18 of the show. Jonas will be replacing Gwen Stefani in the upcoming season. Sharing a picture of himself smiling Jonas tweeted, "Me thinking about joining @kellyclarkson, @johnlegend, and @blakeshelton on season 18 of @NBCTheVoice. So excited to finally get to share this with you all." Fans were extremely happy to know that one of the Jonas Brothers would be seen on 'The Voice'.

Many took to Twitter to express their excitement about seeing Jonas on the show. "Nick Jonas all season on the voice y’all know he a musical genius and he just says shit like it is and I KNOW he gon hurt somebody feelings. lawd be a fence," noted one fan. "OH MY GOODNESS, THEY ARE REPLACING GWEN STEFANI WITH NICK JONAS NEXT SEASON OF THE VOICE AND I COULDNT BE MORE HAPPY ," noted another fan.

Many said that they would be watching the show because of the singer. "I’ll be watching @NBCTheVoice religiously for the first time only because of @nickjonas there I said it," noted one fan. 

Others noted that they would be watching the show just to see how Jonas performs as one of the judges for the show. "Have I ever watched a full season of the voice? No Will I be watching this season just to watch Nick Jonas? Definitely," read one comment. 

Another viewer echoed similar thoughts as they noted, "Nick Jonas joining the voice S18...CAN.NOT.WAIT!!!". Some fans even wanted to participate in the show just so they could meet Jonas. "might have to just go and audition for season 18 of @NBCTheVoice
except I can't sing and @nickjonas would never turn his chair," noted one fan. 

While some wished that Joe and Kevin Jonas also joined their brother on the show. "If joe and Kevin also joined the voice..it would really be the battle of the brothers but congrats nick @nickjonas," read the comment. Looks like we just got to wait for a year to see how Jonas performs and we are hoping the time comes soon.
