Team Gwen is definitely making waves during the knockouts round of 'The Voice'. Gwen Stefani managed to get some very talented singers on her team during the blind auditions, and also stole some very good contestants during the battles round. Unfortunately, not all of them get to proceed to the live stage round, so they will have to impress Gwen once again during the knockouts round, in order to proceed to the much-awaited live round.

So, for the knockouts round, she paired her youngest team member Carter Rubin with Chloe Hogan. Both Carter and Chloe have proved their mettle by showcasing their perfect vocals time and again. For the knockouts round, Carter picked 'You Say' by Lauren Daigle. Mega coach Usher, who was present during the rehearsals to guide the contestants, was surprised by Carter's song choice and wondered why he chose that song.

Carter then explained how the teenage years are proving to be very difficult for him. He recounted how he was bullied and teased by people for being unique. He didn't let them get to him, and learned that being unique isn't bad and that he doesn't need anybody's validation! His passion and strong emotions could be felt in his performance, and Usher was very happy with Carter's performance. While Chloe chose 'Weak' by SWV for her knockouts performance. Usher explained the importance of that song for the hip-hop and R&B world and encouraged Chloe to give it her best. Chloe managed to exceed Usher's expectations and wowed him with her smooth performance.

During the knockouts performance, both the singers wowed the coaches with their exceptional performance. While Carter's performance left coach Kelly Clarkson in tears, Chloe's performance had John Legend standing up from his chair and dancing along to her performance. Gwen was torn between Carter and Chloe when she had to pick a winner. She decided to declare Carter as the winner but reassured Chloe that she loved her performance and was rooting for her. Luckily for Chloe, John used his only steal option and decided to steal her into his team.

Fans were pleased to see Chloe get another chance on the show. A fan tweeted, "Chloé Hogan gets those hits into her vocal, serving attitude with velvety sweetness. This was right in the pocket, tasteful, a varied. Takes me back. #TheVoice #VoiceKnockouts." Another fan wrote, "Chloe got on #TeamLegend the smart way! Without having to shake that damn rubber glove! #VoiceKnockouts So glad she was saved AND Carter made it too." ".@johnlegend #VoiceKnockouts Congratulations for stealing Chloe! She’s been one of my favorites for a good while. Good luck!" revealed a fan. "OMG Chloe gave me goosebumps oh, damn.@gwenstefani #VoiceKnockouts," shared a fan.
