Dr Brad Schaeffer is ready to make the life of his patient better, but this time, he would be doing it through the monitor. With Covid-19 taking control over everyone, he knew that medicine has to go on and decided to set up his own work station at home. In the latest episode (September 10), he met Glenn Stevens who had been suffering from a condition that makes his feet look like "lobster claw".

Glenn revealed that he had this condition ever since he was born and it had been hard living with it. He added that it was interfering with his daily work as it would reach a point where he could not stand. His wife, Sharon Stevens, explained that she had to take care of him as there were times when he had difficulty walking.

At the same time, there had been occasions when she had to help him get off the truck as the pain made it impossible for him to carry himself back home. After hearing this, Dr Brad decided to take a look at how his feet were doing. He noticed that the left was extreme and more painful.

The difference was visible as his feet became red in color. Glenn even showed Dr Brad how he would normally walk. Looking at it, Dr Brad was able to understand how his entire body was trying to cope with the change in posture and that in turn added to the pain.

He further explained that his condition takes place at birth and it happens because of the way the bones are structured. Dr Brad was curious to find out if no one suggested surgery for his condition. Glenn explained that surgery was never brought into the picture. While Glenn had been struggling with the pain and his condition for many years, Dr Brad explained that he could help him.

He suggested a surgery named Syndactylization that is normally performed on small children. Dr Brad explained that the surgery would help fill the gap between his feet and it would help Gleen walk better. Even though the surgery was normally performed on small children, Dr Brad assured Glenn that he was fit for it.

Glenn was excited to get his life back and hoped that he could live young and enjoy the rest of his life. 'My Feet Are Killing Me' airs on Thursdays at 10:30 pm ET on TLC.
