Quarantine has been hard for some, but Dr Sarah Heller is making full use of it. In the season finale (November 12) of the show, Dr Heller revealed she took time out to clean her cupboard that had been a mess for a long time. Once she was done, Dr Heller wasted no time in meeting her patients.

For the latest episode, Dr Heller met a patient named Crystal Buhls, who struggled with two golf ball size bumps on her leg. Crystal revealed she had two bumps, one on the side of her foot while the other under it. She managed to name the bump under her foot as Wilma and the one on the side as Fred before adding that they were her "uninvited guests". Crystal revealed she had done surgery to remove them but added that within months they were back to looking like the bumps they were before. She further added that Wilma was soft as compared to Fred that seemed hard if touched. Crystal admitted life had not been the same after she noticed the bumps on her leg.

She missed the times when it was easy to walk or spend time with her children. Crystal tried hard to control her emotions and admitted she wanted a life where one could walk freely and enjoy spending time with the children. Seeing how Crystal had been struggling for a long time, Dr Heller decided to have a closer look at her condition. She asked Crystal to tilt the camera down and show her how she walked. By looking at her walk, Dr Heller hinted that the bumps were a collection of tissues that also caused pain if she stood or walked for a long time. Even though she had an idea about what it could be, Dr Heller hinted it was not going to be easy to come with a solution.

Dr Heller revealed that the bumps were in the part that had many important veins. She wanted to make sure that everything was done right. At the same time, since Crystal had already had surgery and the bump had come back, she wanted to make sure the next surgery would be different. The two ended the call by setting up another appointment as they decided to meet after the lockdown.

'My Feet Are Killing Me' season finale aired on Thursday, November 12, at 10.30 pm ET on TLC.
