'My Big Fat Fabulous Life': Whitney and Chase go on their first date but Buddy becomes the topic of discussion
Whitney Way Thore is all set to go on her first date with Chase Severino. The two felt a connection between each other and decided to see how things go. However, things became awkward when the topic of Buddy Bell came up. Whitney wanted to tell Chase about Buddy and their relationship when he asked her about her past relationships.
Whitney confessed that the two met a long time ago and ever since they started talking she had a big crush on him. However, things did not work out the way she had intended to as Buddy had made it clear that he did not have any feelings for her. Chase felt at ease when he realized that nothing happened between them.
However, he was in for a shocker as she explained that a couple of months ago they kissed. Chase did not expect to hear this and was taken aback and questioned if there was more to her and Buddy's relationship. Whitney, however, made it clear that they were just good friends and that was all that was to their relationship.
Whitney confessed that it was an awkward conversation to have on their first date but added that she felt good to finally get everything off her chest. The two decided to dismiss the topic of Buddy and continue enjoying the rest of their date.
To make things fun, the pair decided to play table tennis. Chase admitted that even though there is a rule of letting the girl win, he was going to give Whitney a tough competition. While there was no winner or loser and the end, the two found themselves enjoying the connection between them.
The day ended with Whitney and Chase's kiss. Chase admitted that he would love to go on another date and Whitney seemed pleased with his question. The two hinted that it was the start of something new.
