ABC’s hit sitcom ‘Modern Family’ has taken a break from its usual schedule, delaying the airing of Episode 8 which was supposed to premiere tonight. The latest episode ‘The Last Thanksgiving’ aired last Wednesday, following a weeklong break after Episode 6 was released.

As we only have a few more episodes to go until the engrossing stories and drama revolving the various households of the ‘Modern Family’ will go off air, we are eagerly waiting to witness an epic conclusion for ABC’s show, owing to the popularity it has garnered for itself over the years.

The show during its 10 years of run on television has taught us several lessons concerning families, careers, dating, friendship and a lot more. As you already know, the creators in the current season are focussing on the individual characters more than ever, adding more edge and depth to their identities.

While the issue surrounding the changes incorporated in the characters is subject to a fair debate, the other elements continue to leave us craving for more by the episode. Upon watching Jay and Phil indulge in an emotional conversation, which always was too much to ask for, considering the patriarch’s up-tight behavior, the fans are anxiously waiting to see what the creators have on mind for their other favorites.

In the upcoming episode ‘Tree’s A Crowd’, Dylan’s mother decides to move in with her son and his newfound family. As if the Dunphys aren’t bound by enough drama already, they have to now prepare themselves for a ride their new free-spirited guest is going to take them on.

How can we not talk about what awaits Haley in the next few episodes? As it is, the new mother has a lot on her plate as she’s trying to figure ways to handle her twins, while still living at her parents’ home, and considering a job to keep her career going.

With Dylan’s mother’s advent in her life, it is guaranteed that things are only going to crazier for the Dunphy couple’s eldest daughter.

Episode 8 of ‘Modern Family’ will premiere on December 4 on ABC
