ABC's 'Modern Family' is currently airing its eleventh and final season. The finale will mark the end of an era of the sitcom series, which remained unbeatable for over a decade.

As 'Modern Family' is nearing its end, viewers are waiting with bated breath to see what sort of conclusions the creators are planning on bringing to their beloved characters.

The previous episodes of 'Modern Family' Season 11 have been indicative of several story arcs. But the latest update about the mockumentary-styled series may serve a subtle hint if we put the pieces together.

The show's creator Steve Levitan shared at the TV Critics Association Winter Press Tour that the entire cast and crew would be taking a trip to Paris ahead of the season finale, according to a report by Variety

For the uninitiated, during the family’s last Christmas get together, members of each household spoke about moving to different cities and countries for various reasons. During which, Haley Dunphy (Sarah Hyland) tells her family about her plans to move to Paris with the twins and Dylan, to pursue a career in fashion.

In the previous episode, we saw all the members of the 'Modern Family' go to visit Alex (Ariel Winter), who has recently taken up a job in New York. If the show follows the same pattern, we might get to see the family travel to Paris to support Haley in establishing her new life and career.

Talking about the last 'Modern Family' trip, Sofia Vergara said, "I was very excited when 'Modern Family' was going to go there because every time we travel as a group we have the best time."

"We get to see each other even more than when we are in Los Angeles because when we’re in Los Angeles everyone goes to their home but when we travel we’re trapped in a hotel," reports Variety.

Well, we would be as thrilled as Sofia to watch her family's misadventures in Paris.

Episode 11 of 'Modern Family' will air on January 15 on ABC.
