Tracy Tutor is an efficient and convincing realtor and tonight, on 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,' she has proven that. Famed Malibu developer Scott Gillen threw a challenge and in just seven days Tracy aced it. Yes, she was nervous at first because the house, The New Castle, was listed for $500 million and to sell it would be a task. But she wanted the portfolio for herself because that would be $10 million in commission, resulting in a considerable spike in her career and finances.

Scott had his doubts and was straight forward about them but Tracy assured she would come back with a persuasive pitch in a week that would compel him to hire her. She had her team work rigorously to execute the varied ideas they had in mind for an exclusive showing. Tracy went around the house talking listing the selling points of the mansion as Scott listened intently; he was almost convinced with the cigar room when her team offered him a mango smoothie and rolled out a cigar.

Although Scott was convinced about Tracy's way of showing the house, he needed more to be sure and Tracy delivered on her promise. She had a mock digital book prepared that she would take with her on each of her tours, which, she assured, would help potential buyers view and understand the property better. The highlight of her strategy was the pen drive in the shape of a key, which Tracy addressed as "key to the castle." Undoubtedly, she is one of the finest realtors and knows her craft well because it takes a lot for someone like Scott to be sold. He finally gave the portfolio to her.

However, a section of the viewers doesn't seem to agree with it. They think Tracy is boring and doesn't contribute to the show. "Meh.... Boring & Annoying. her voice sounds like Daffy Duck," a fan commented, while another shared: "This guy was a condescending jerk! I not really enjoying Tracy at all, she just seems like she is trying way too hard!."

"Tracy is boring & an inferior contributor to the show," a viewer tweeted. "#mdlla I seriously doubt Tracy lost any sleep on this pitch. Her team lost sleep for sure," another wrote.
