Survival in fast-paced industries requires not just skill and talent, but also the ability to appease the client, have them believe that they are the exclusive and privileged owners of the product. Real estate is no different. The realtors on Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' are willing to put in their best efforts and beyond to ensure record-breaking sales. But, that won't be an easy feat given the fierce competition in place.

Release date

'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Season 12 releases on June 16 and will air on Bravo at 10/9 c.

Plot

This season is going to be a roller coaster ride. The stakes are high, the territories are set to expand, which gives the series scope to explore cities beyond LA as well. Work-wise it's going to be an uphill task and from the looks of it, the cast members are more than ready to face the challenges. That said, some of their personal lives are also evolving, growing bigger and that will make for interesting storylines.

Cast

Josh Altman of "Million Dollar Listing" hosts a showing in Los Angeles, California.

Tracy Tutor, Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, James Harris, and David Parnes will set out on a fresh journey while exhibiting neat negotiating and effective presentation skills to climb to the top. Fredrik Eklund of 'Million Dollar Listing: New York' will make a cameo appearance.

Trailer

Even though fans are thrilled to have the show back, they can't seem to wrap their heads around Altman and his approach to acquiring sales targets. "Josh Flagg is my fav and has been since the show aired and Altman is a doggy dog lying tool," a viewer wrote, while another shared: "Altman's ego knows no bounds. Looking forward to Fredrik giving him the what for."

"Altman is the ultimate PRICK!!! Give him hell Fredrick!!! LOL," a user posted. "I like frederick, but why is he here, really? The LA market will be smaller after the fires too. However, anyone but Altman.... Flagg and the Englishmen are my favs.. I liked the cast as it was last season," another expressed.

Clearly, Fredrik is a fan favorite whereas Altman has some damage control to do with regard to viewers.
