Bravo-backed 'Million Dollar Listings LA' returned with Season 12 and fans are already in awe of how realtors Josh Flagg and Josh Altman have kept their rivalry aside to pair up for a luxury listing.

The house in question is called 'The Razor' and is said to have inspired Tony Stark's Malibu Mansion in Marvel's 'Iron Man' movies. The onscreen depiction of the driveway and the living room are extremely similar and so is the cliff, at the edge of which the house sits pretty.

Listed at $30 million, the property occupies over 10,000 sq ft that features six bedrooms, a guest house and a picturesque view that the formal living area opens up to. Altman, in his green-room interview, shares how the owner of the house can be any superhero he likes under the sun and he'd still fit in perfectly into the home. "If you're Batman, you can fight your villains on the cliff and by the time you hand-glide to the bedroom, you can be Bruce Wayne, ready to entertain," he shared.

In a nutshell, the house is stunning and could have stolen the show but it was Altman and Flagg's friendship that became the focus of the premiere episode. They have never been pally, but cordial at times but there were also instances when they couldn't stop but call each other names.

A couple of years ago, the cast of 'MDLLA' was on 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,' where Flagg straight-up called Altman a "scumbag." While some may find two adults fighting a bit silly, but their longstanding feud is based on solid grounds. Talking to The Daily Dish, Flagg said that the reason he didn't like Altman was because he's a "poacher" and goes after his listings despite the fact that there are enough houses for the both of them.

Meanwhile, fans are here for the bromance.

"#MDLLA tonight ! I love it! I need it! Flag&Altman sharing a listing... It was bound to happened(in my head at least) @JoshFlagg1 @thejoshaltman @HeatherBAltman #MillionDollarListingLA," a viewer shared, while another posted:  "Altman and flagg working together! shook!! #MDLLA."

"Oh. My. God. I never thought I would see the day where Flagg & Altman are in heavenly bliss!! AND working together!!?!??!!!! Holy crap!! The world is truly coming to an end!! #mdlla #MillionDollarListing," a fan tweeted. "@thejoshaltman & @JoshFlagg1 is the bromance I never knew I needed. I am LOVING this #MDLLA," another posted.
