Plot
The official synopsis for 'Midway to Love' reads: "Dr Rachel August is the host of her own televised therapy show in New York City. When the network announces that her show is changing to a tabloid shock-fest Rachel retreats home to try and figure out her next move. While there, Rachel reconnects with her old high school boyfriend, Mitchell, who is back in town working as a fourth-grade teacher. Mitchell shows her around town, reliving old times and enjoying each other’s company. Rachel fears that she will break Mitchell’s heart again if she doesn’t withdraw but it may be too late. Will Rachel return to her life in New York to show that it doesn’t fall within her standards, or will she realize that having someone to share a life with is more important than fame and the excitement of the city?”

Rachel Hendrix
Rachel Hendrix gained recognition from her debut feature role in the 2011 award-winning movie 'October Baby'. She has appeared in many television series and acted in Netflix’s ‘Creepshow’ and 'Raising Dion'. She has played supporting roles in Hallmark movies such as ‘Christmas Wishes and Mistletoe Kisses’ and ‘Nightclub Secret’. Hendrix will be next seen opposite Charlie Hunnam and Mel Gibson in 'Waldo'.
Daniel Stine
Daniel Stine is Rachel Hendrix’s real-life boyfriend and the duo met on the sets of their feature film ‘Virginia Minnesota’. Stine helmed the coming-of-age dramedy starring Hendrix. He’s appeared as Detective Glassburn in ‘Radical’. He also played guest roles in television series ‘Vindication’ and ‘Surviving Disaster’.
