'Memories of the Alhambra': Diehard fans reveal what they will miss most about the Park Shin-hye-Hyun Bin drama
Netflix and tvN k-drama ‘Memories of the Alhambra’ ended with a disastrous finale on Sunday, January 20, and dissatisfied fans are hoping for an alternative ending – or a whole new season that would do justice to the build-up of the story. Despite the understandable animosity towards the show for the finale let-down, most fans still look at the k-drama with rose tinted glasses.
More than anything else, they are appreciative of the fact that ‘Memories of the Alhambra’ achieved something no other k-drama could – successfully intertwined the warmth of romance with the danger of sci-fi. In its essence, ‘Memories of the Alhambra’ is about relationships and family and love, but you come back for all the twists and the cliffhangers that keep us on the edge of our seats.
i don't usually talk about kdramas here but i just saw memories of the alhambra ending... it's amazing how i was thinking it would be the best drama of the year all along, yet the ending was that bad. i guess song jae jung really is just a bad writer.
