Concept
'Melody & Silence' is comprised of four tracks — 'Bittersweet Symphony', 'Devil's Haircut', 'South Side', and a new 'Sunrise Version' of the 2020 collaborative single with Foster The People 'All About You'. Last week, the musicians shared an exclusive inside look at the recording process for 'Bittersweet Symphony' from their at-home studio space. The track is actually a cover of the famous song of the same name by The Verve. Over on The Knocks Instagram, the duo captioned a clip of the recording with "Us and @Fosterthepeople reimagined one of our favorite songs of all time, 'Bittersweet Symphony'! BONUS: not only is this one of the greatest songs ever recorded, it was also the end credits song for 'Cruel Intentions'."
