Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attend Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi's star-studded wedding vow renewal
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry surprised many as they were in attendance at Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s surprise vow renewal. The royal couple was present on Tuesday, January 31, at the occasion marking the 50th birthday of de Rossi, but instead, the birthday celebration turned into a vow celebration for the couple. The event was officiated by Kris Jenner and took place at the comedian’s new home.
It is said that DeGeneres was surprised and had no clue about the vow renewal as de Rossi secretly worked and revealed it to only a handful of people as the date neared. The wife of 14 years also wore her 2008 Zac Posen wedding gown to surprise DeGeneres and soon changed before the ceremony began. Prince Harry and Meghan can be seen in the video posted by The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s YouTube channel. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Courteney Cox, Orlando Bloom, and Gwyneth Paltrow were among the celebrities who attended the event.

Meghan Markle and Ellen DeGeneres' friendship is for real!
Meghan is said to be a close friend of DeGeneres and also appeared on her show back in November 2021. There, the two talked about spending Halloween together, "We wanted to do something fun for the kids, and then the kids were just not into it at all," Meghan said about the two children, reports People.
Did Prince Harry mention 'mushrooms' again to Courtney Cox?
Interestingly, Courtney Cox, too, was present at the occasion and Prince Harry had talked about her in his latest controversial memoir, ‘Spare.’ He recalled visiting Los Angeles in 2016 when he took psychedelic mushrooms from the actress’ refrigerator. "Day after day, night after night, I sat around eating takeaway, watching 24. Or Friends. I think I might've watched every episode of Friends in 2013. I decided I was a Chandler," Prince Harry wrote. He also penned, "People often speculated that I was clinging to my bachelor life because it was so glamorous. Many evenings I'd think: if only they could see me now. Then I'd go back to folding my underwear and watching The One with Monica and Chandler's Wedding"
Giving a detailed encounter about the ‘mushrooms,’ he wrote in ‘Spare,’ "Then, maybe to get rid of us, he led my mate and me to the fridge, from which he extracted a soft drink. While the door was open, we spotted a huge box of black diamond mushroom chocolates." Harry, with his friend, then ended up having more than a handful, "Somebody behind me said they were for everybody. Help yourself, boys. My mate and I grabbed several, gobbled them, and washed them down with tequila."
