In 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 9, Iris (Emma Laird) goes to meet Mike and tells him that Milo Sunter (Aidan Gillen) still be alive, hinting at a significant revelation. Mike, however, does not believe her and is concerned about her mental state.

He observes that she seems troubled and not okay. Trying to ensure her safety, Mike suggests that she stay there for the night. He then tells her that Rebecca (Nichole Galicia) will drop her off in the morning.

As the episode unfolds, Kevin (Denny Love) tells Kareem Moore (Michael Beach) that the person who planted the bomb in the prison was white because he saw the attacker's arm.

Later, Raphael (D Smoke) escapes from prison and heads straight to reunite with his son and wife. Mike goes to visit Merle in the hospital and informs him that the KPD is focused on Bunny Washington (Tobi Bamtefa) because they know Bunny launched the bomb attack in the prison to kill Merle.

Mike advises Merle to take care and tells him that the Russians will not be able to complete their business in Kingstown. Then Mike goes to meet Bunny and tells him that he will hand Merle over to him, but Bunny has to listen to what he has to say.

Later, the authorities tell Kareem to resign because of the bomb attack on the prison, but Kareem refuses, stating that he can't resign. The authorities then give him an ultimatum: he has two weeks to resign, or they will terminate him.

Then Mike goes to meet Konstantin and asks him to launch an attack on Bunny's weapon supply. He presents Konstantin with an offer, detailing the benefits and support he would receive in return for his cooperation.

Meanwhile, CO Will Breen (Matthew Del Negro) gets transferred, and the warden tells Tracy (Nishi Munshi) to be cautious. Konstantin asks Iris to accept the offer and leave, but Iris refuses once again.

Later on, Ian Ferguson (Hugh Dillon) shoots Charlie (Kenny Johnson), claiming that Charlie was coming at him.

Later on, Raphael goes to the hospital ward but finds Carney (Lane Garrison) lying dead. Mike calls Ian to capture Raphael, urging him to act quickly. Robert (Hamish Allan-Headley) and Kyle (Taylor Handley) also head to the location to assist.

Despite the chaos, Ian remains focused and determined. He successfully captures Raphael. In the end, Tracy informs Kyle about everything happening inside the women's prison and how she sought Mike's help.

Meanwhile, Roman (Mark Ivanir) goes to obtain papers for Iris's new identity, but he encounters Milo, who is alive. Milo shoots Roman in the leg.

After Milo's arrival, the 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Finale promises to be intensely gripping. The unexpected twist of Milo being alive can wreak havoc in Iris's life.

Milo may attempt to kill Iris to take revenge on Mike, as Mike has consistently protected Iris from Milo's threats. Milo's return and his knowledge of Iris's significance to Mike set the stage for a potentially deadly confrontation.

Konstantin may also get killed while trying to save Iris from Milo, as he genuinely cares for her. His protective instincts and deep connection to Iris could drive him to confront Milo, putting his own life at risk.

Since Konstantin killed Tatiana (Gratiela Brancusi), Milo's lover, Milo may try to kill Iris to hurt both Konstantin and Mike.

Meanwhile, the chaos between Bunny and Konstantin would lead to havoc in Kingstown. This turmoil would complicate Mike's efforts to maintain order and protect those he cares about, amplifying the stakes as the season reaches its intense and climactic conclusion.
