At the beginning of the episode, we see Ruby Bell finally getting the recommendation letter to Oxford from her headmaster after she organized a successful donation gala.

Ruby and James' story doesn't end with their academic year at Maxton Hall. While Ruby works her way to get into Oxford, James is forced to go to Oxford as part of the Beaufort tradition.

One of the many privileges of being a Beaufort includes a direct entry to Oxford. Though James expresses resistance, he finally gives in to his parents' demands.

However, upon arrival, James and Ruby's paths cross once again as they are allotted apartments next to each other.

Their awkward encounter sparks curiosity and anticipation about how they'll manage their connection while in such close proximity.

Will James actively pursue Ruby, especially now that he's far from home? Or will he remain steadfast in his choice to forego their love? Answers await in the finale episode.
