Miles, 26, and Karen, 30, are easily one of the hard-to-read couples on 'Married at First Sight'. One moment they seem like they are having a good time, the next there are issues.

In this week's episode of 'Married At First Sight', we see Miles opening up about mental health and how he suffers from clinical depression. Karen, who is still warming up to the fact that she is married to Miles, said that that was a "red flag" for her. She even implied that he wasn't "masculine" enough, pointing out that he speaks of things, which she is yet to see first hand.

Miles has always been open about his life and has put his heart out there for Karen to feel comfortable in their relationship but there's something that is holding her back. It could be the age difference but that is for her to figure out. On paper, they seem like a perfect, good-looking and happy couple. But off it, they are struggling and the compatibility issues are evident. Previously, he addressed her as a "cougar", albeit jokingly, but that put her off and she seemed upset about it.

It's okay to take things a day at a time especially when the start has been dodgy. Karen had her doubts about Miles right from the start. She thought he was not right for and was almost ready to give up on the marriage. But, finally did a 360 and walked down the aisle.

Meanwhile, fans are furious that Karen cannot come to terms with Miles' depression. "I know she has the right to choose what she want in a partner but so far... Karen has made it pretty obvious that she’s not into miles. Maybe this is one more excuse for her to back away. Feel bad for miles," a fan commented on Reddit, while another posted: "Yeah true.. but my opinion is she’s been pretty closed off about him having emotions the whole time."

"I feel bad for him, he was vulnerable with her & she just used it as an excuse to justify that she isn’t into him," a fan said. "Did she just say miles isn’t a masculine man because he suffers from depression #MarriedAtFirstSight," a user tweeted.

"Wow Karen wow. You’re making it hard to like you. Having depression does not make a man less masculine. Bravo to Miles for sharing that on camera. So many people are even afraid to let others know they struggle with depression. #marriedatfirstsight," a user pointed out.
