'Married at First Sight': Jamie talks PPD while Danielle throws up, fans glad 'they're showing real pregnancy'
'Married at First Sight Couples' Cam' could serve as a 'things to do when pregnant' guide book to people looking at having a baby in the near future. Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner, Danielle Bergman, and Bobby Dodd have been documenting moments from their pregnancy for the show and fans are here for it. Some are sympathetic, some worried, and others are lauding the showrunners for airing the "real side" to pregnancy and that women go through a lot.
In this week's episode, we see Danielle throwing up, which had the audiences concerned. Moreover, Jamie revealed that she has been having difficulty finishing a task. As she narrated a whole account of how she has been feeling lately, with the new baby and feeding cycles, Doug patiently listened and later assured her that everything will be okay.
It was a tough episode to watch. Both Danielle and Jamie are strong women but pregnancy can be challenging. They seem overwhelmed with all that is going on in their lives. Jamie had a tough childbirth. She and Doug had to opt for a home birth because of the pandemic. Jamie was unsure of delivering a child in the hospital, given the current circumstances.
Meanwhile, one of the fans warned Jamie against filming while she is experiencing PPD (Post Partum Depression) because it may add to the stress. "I'm sorry but i don't think filming yourself w/ PPD is helpful. As someone who suffered too, i feel like the added stress & pressure would just be way too much. I hope she finds peace soon & that the family comes out stronger but Damn, no show is worth the risk #MAFSCouplesCam," a user commented.

"I hate to say that but keeping up the facade can only last so long. She'll break down if it's real. Hopefully nothing bad happens," another tweeted.

"Danielle the constant vomiting with medicine through the pregnancy and delivery sounds like hyperemesis Gravidarum. Check out http://helphwr.org. You can get treatment to help. So sorry feel bettter #MAFScouplescam," a fan pointed out, to which another responded, "Yeah that's awful that she's still sick on meds. Hopefully she is getting checked for dehydration."
