Mario Lopez gushes about 'Saved by the Bell' reunion, says he's looking forward to 2020 to 'catch up on some sleep'
Mario Lopez, who is well known for his role on 'Saved By The Bell', has had a hectic 2019, to say the least!
The actor gushed about his "new baby", how his family is "all together" and the upcoming reunion of the hit '90s show as MEAWW (MEA WorldWide) caught up with him on the red carpet for the Marie Westwood Winter Edition Launch—he graces its cover.
"New baby, new jobs. Things are good. So I feel very fortunate," he said.
It was recently announced that Lopez is going to be the Grand Marshall for the Christmas parade this year. "We did it yesterday. It airs next week," the actor said.
With so much going on, and much more to be grateful for, Lopez said the highlight of his year was "the baby... the baby for sure!"
Lopez joked that his wife Courtney Laine Mazza got pregnant after eating at Tiffani Amber Thiessen's house. "We just happened to be eating at their house
and she actually went into labor that night. So that was kind of nice. That was just a funny coincidence."
Lopez also spoke about 'Saved By The Bell' and said that he's still in touch with his co-stars. He also added that he's currently working on a reunion: "I know all the fans been begging for it. We're working on one. I got the reboot coming out. So we'reworking on that and you know, amongst my Netflix show and a bunch of other stuff. So hopefully 2020 will be a big area."
When asked what' he's looking forward to the most in 2020, he said: "Catching up on some sleep!"
