'Mark you know what life is like without Lindsey . . .you had 40 years of it! And I'm sure it was fantastic without her in your life!!!' said a fan

Being in a relationship means you have a partner that has your back no matter what. But no matter how well-intentioned someone might be, it might not always come across that way. And that has certainly been the case in Season 14 of 'Married At First Sight'.

Lindsey and Mark have proved to be the epitome of hot and cold. While they started out ready to jump all in, each time Mark tried to slow things down to a pace he was okay with, Lindsey would flip out entirely. Their fights seemed to get progressively uglier.

The past few weeks have been difficult for Mark, between the passing of his cat and his mother's physical and mental health getting worse. While Lindsey and his fights seem to have no end in sight, she has always been by his side during the hard times, including these. Mark sat down with his friend Jon, to discuss what he should do next. It was a tough call for Mark, seeing that while their relationship was hot and cold, she always showed up when he needed her the most, clouding his judgment. Mark felt as though he couldn't fathom life without her, and while Jon asked him to focus on the current as opposed to the past when it came to Lindsey, fans heavily disagreed.

"I was barely paying attention to that conversation. Mark says he needs to understand what life is like without Lindsay? Aint he live for 40 years without her??? I feel like he has a lot of data to pull from…#MAFS" tweeted a fan. "This has been an extremely emotionally abusive season that's been very triggering.  #mafs #MarriedAtFirstSight" added another. "#MAFS Mark you know what life is like without Lindsey . . .you had 40 years of it! And I'm sure it was fantastic without her in your life!!!" said a fan. "Mark you had your whole life before this 8 weeks by yourself. I just hear the no you aren’t saying. But these reservations are BS based on what you’re explaining #MAFS" tweeted another. "I feel like Lindsay loves that Mark needs her  #MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSight" observed another.
