Hilary Farr has done a bang-up job of transforming Nanika's space, but she fell behind when her team couldn't devise a way to accommodate a fourth bedroom in the current build. Realtor David Visentin knew that an extra bedroom was always her priority, so much so that she was ready to adjust even with the size of it.

When Hilary gave Nanika a rough idea of what she'd do with her space and admitted to having been at her wit's end trying to fit another bedroom into the design plan, the latter told her to ''get creative'' because a ''queen needs a king-sized bed". Going by that logic, Nanika could've opted for a revamped new space instead of going for a brand new house because the rooms are tiny and a large bed would eat into empty spaces.

But there's also this that one needs a private space, where one can hang out in peace without having to constantly adjust another person into one's everyday schedule. Nanika has been sharing her bedroom with her youngest son, Nigel, and is looking at a fresh start now, in which she'll have a room just to herself. Fair enough!

Viewers too have been rooting for Nanika and her decision to list her current home. Even though they adore what Hilary did with the family's old house, they're glad she decided to go for a new home as it will give her additional space, something she has always craved for.

Here's what they said:

''They need to take the new house. #LoveitorListit''

''That was a nice house for them and since Hilary can't give them that 4th bedroom - I think they're gonna list it #loveitorlistit''

''Tiny bedrooms that are separate when you have been sharing a room are still pretty great. #LoveItOrListIt #OnHGTV''

''There’s nothing like your own space!!''

However, there is a section of viewers who thought it was the homeowner's fault that she was unable to tidy up spaces, and is quite clueless about storage.
