'Love it or List it' is back with an all-new season on HGTV, the series premiered on Monday night with Hilary Farr and David Visentin back at it again as they tried to compete against each other.

The season premiere introduced us to the first couple of the season who have a decision to make at the end whether they would keep their house or list it. Maggie and Aaron's ranch-style house was filled with cracks in the ceilings and mushrooms growing out of their toilet. They had pillars in their living room that would fall down if you lean on it. With just three bedrooms and two kids, they had problems when guests arrived.

Wanting to renovate and turn it into a four-bedroom house with a new mudroom, pantry, kitchen, Maggie's budget was $160,000, whereas Aaron who is also a real estate broker wanted a new house with four bedrooms, two bonus rooms, and open space within the budget of $600,000. It was up to Hilary and David to try to convince them to either love it or list it.

Calling this couple picky would be an understatement; they were surely a handful, but then they are shelling out the money and have expectations. Though Hilary tried to renovate the house within the budget given, she couldn't provide the couple with a fourth bedroom as they wanted, and couldn't renovate the kid's bathroom either. But David, on the other hand, after ample attempts finally found a house to their liking. A four-bedroom house, with bigger open space than they would have expected.

The couple was definitely skeptical about their decision, not knowing which side they would choose. Especially after Hilary's impeccable renovations. She renovated the entire living space, brought in extra space for the kids that could turn into a guest room. She also renovated the master bathroom and the kitchen looked flawless. Though Hilary managed to stun the couple with her renovations in the new place, in the end, the win went to David as they decided to list the house and move into their new find. The main reason being it had the fourth bedroom they wanted.

For the season premiere, the episode was entertaining with David and Hilary's healthy banter along with the decision making of the couple. Taking to Twitter post the episode, fans couldn't help but rave about the house David found for the couple.

"#LoveItOrListIt First episode of season was a List it! Congrats David!" a fan wrote. Adding to that another said, "Congratulations @davidvisentin1! That was a great house that you found! #OnHGTV #LoveItOrListIt."

"Wow! This is a great find, @davidvisentin1! #LoveItOrListIt #OnHGTV," shared a fan.

Overall, the season premiere was a success as fans loved the episode.
