'Love It or List It' season 15: Release date, plot, cast, trailer and all you need to know about upcoming HGTV series

Grab on to your seats 'Love It or List It' fans, the series is set to return to our screens in less than a week. 

The famed HGTV series will be returning for season 15 and we'll get to see real estate expert David Visentin and interior designer Hilary Farr help owners decide if they have to renovate their house or sell it. While there is little to no time left for the series to premiere, here's everything you need to know about the forthcoming season 15 of 'Love It or List It'. 

Release Date 

HGTV's 'Love It or List It' season 15 will release on November 18, 2019. 

Plot

The famed TV series revolves around real estate expert David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr compete for the homeowners' decision on whether they should renovate their house or sell it. The series helps families who have a tough decision lying in their hands, and at the same time brings out the competitive side of Hilary and David which makes it even more exciting to watch.

David who knows how to target prospective buyers will have to convince the family to sell their house. While, Hilary on the other hand, has to convince the owners that she can transform the house within their budget. If the buyers decide to sell the house after the renovation, Hilary's work adds to the resale value. 

Cast

Hilary Farr

Hilary Farr is an interior designer who hails from Toronto. She brings her own international finesse in her designs. She has renovated properties in various countries that include the UK and Australia. She has also done renovations in California and New York. Hilary is also the president of Hilary Farr's Designs that are established in both Toronto and New York. 

David Visentin

David Visentin is a real estate expert who brings his selling and negotiating talent to the series. While Hilary renovates the homes, he scouts for potential new homes for the family within their budget. David has been in the real estate business since 1987.
