Sour note: 'Love Island USA' alum Caine Bacon shares 'unauthentic' apology after his 'racist' comment
LONDON, ENGLAND: 'Love Island USA' Season 6 star Caine Bacon has recently shared a controversial video that caused a stir all over social media. Caine made a racist comment which received huge backlash and also cost him his Peacock dating show reunion gig. After the reunion snub, Caine finally took time to address the controversy.
He shared a 5-minute-long apology video on TikTok which clearly doesn't seem authentic. Caine spent most of his time defending his comment rather than apologizing. He claimed in the video that he would have never said anything like that if he knew it would cause controversy. He also insisted that he unintentionally called the Korean restaurant 'chin chin' while holding chopsticks. The reality star also claimed that he was just trying to be funny and did not want to offend anyone. He also addressed hatred and death threats that he had been receiving later in his DMs. Although Caine's video was actually controversial, he did not deserve death threats.
@cainefit7 This might not be fluent as normal but i didnt want to script this and prepare i wanted it to come from the heart, if you scroll thru my older vids youll see me saying ‘me love u’ etc, again aplogies to anyone genuinely offended, never my intention, genuinely nervous about this vid as you can see but wanted to man it as natural and not scripted, peace and love

Caine Bacon blames 'Love Island USA' Season 6 producers for reunion snub
Caine Bacon revealed in his previous video that the production had snubbed him from the reunion even after he reached New York to film the special. He claimed that the producers had "flew me out for the reunion" and then "decided to let some mad lefties." The reality star further claimed that the producers didn't want to receive backlash that's why they reached out to him on a phone call rather than making any official announcement.
He revealed that the producers told him, "'We feel for you, Caine, we know you've done nothing wrong. We know that's what you say when you’re at home." He also called out Peacock show producers for not taking accountability after dumping him from the reunion.
'Love Island USA' alum Caine Bacon 'used' Liv Walker to enter Fiji villa
'Love Island USA' alum Caine Bacon had been very open about his Peacock show appearance on social media after his elimination. Caine revealed in a series of social media videos that he just used Liv Walker to get into the main villa. He also claimed that he doesn't have any romantic connection with Liv or any other girls but he wanted more air time.
However, he also responded to a follower's question about using Liv and noted, "Used it a bit mad, it's like we exchanged sexual pleasantries and had been with each other a long time and cared about each other deeply, but long story short, yes I did, yes I did."
