'Love After Lockup': When will Kristianna be released from prison and will John wait for her?
John and Kristianna rushed into a wedding minutes after she was released from prison. He had some help from his friends who arranged for a native American wedding ceremony that was held at the back of his pickup truck. Although Kristianna panicked at first because it was happening all too quickly and she was getting late for her entry into the halfway house, but later realized how much John cared for her when he came looking for her.
Kristianna went AWOL, left the halfway house and fell into the clutches of drugs again when John found her and brought her back to stay with her family before she turned herself in. Even though it was a tough call, she was insistent that it would be best to do admit her guilt. Meanwhile, in all of this, John was left feeling inadequate because he put in more than 100 per cent to ensure that Kristianna was safe and away from drugs. He thought his feelings and care for her didn't really impact their marriage the way it should have or else she would still be out.
So, for how long with Kristianna be in prison? According to a Soapdirt report, Kristianna won't be released until February 2023. That's a long time for John to stay alone. Will he be able to manage the long distance? Only time will tell. Fans have weighed in with their thoughts on Kristianna's situation and not too many people seem to like how she is being filmed instead of being counseled so that she can finally get rid of drugs.
