‘Listing Impossible’: Release date, host and everything you need to know about CNBC home improvement show

Adding another to its list of home improvement shows, CNBC is all set to premiere it’s new series ‘Listing Impossible’. A team of experts come to the rescue of luxury property owners and help them find a suitable buyer, using their house renovation skills. Ahead of its premiere, here’s everything you need to know about ‘Listing Impossible’.

Release Date

‘Listing Impossible’ will premiere on CNBC on January 15 at 10 pm ET. 

Plot

The show presenter Aaron Kirman and his team guide homeowners through the renovation process of their luxurious homes that aren’t able to seal a good deal in the market. The team of experts will re-design the houses to meet the demands of the clients. Aaron and his team also point out the owner’s faults and explain to them where they have gone wrong as they attempt to mitigate the losses. 

CNBC expressing its view on the show stated, “There are things that most real-estate-agents-to-the-rich won’t say. Aaron and his team – not so much.”

Host

Aaron Kirman will be serving as the host on ‘Listing Impossible’. He is a real estate agent based in LA and known for his frequent appearances on ‘Secret Lives of the Super Rich’. 

He boasts experience in handling some of the biggest real estate deals, including transactions for Jay-Z and Beyonce for the sale of a $50 million home in Malibu. Talking about his role in the series, Aaron stated in a press conference, “Sometimes we go into homes [that owners] think are worth $20M and it’s worth $14M and their taste level is not that good and no matter what they do they’re in a losing situation. We do our best to mitigate those losses,” according to a report in Deadline.
