Plot
'Last Man Standing' revolves around Mike Baxter (Tim Allen), a senior executive and director of marketing for an iconic outdoor sporting goods store chain that is based out of Denver, Colorado. While Mike might be the king at work, he is the odd man out in his home that is dominated by women, namely his wife Vanessa and their three daughters. Though this is how the show began, it is filled with a grandson and the young men who are married to or dating his daughters.

Tim Allen
Tim Allen plays Mike Baxter. Allen is an actor and comedian who is known for his roles as Tim "The Toolman" Taylor on the ABC sitcom 'Home Improvement' (1991–1999). He also voiced Buzz Lightyear for the Toy Story franchise and played Scott Calvin and Santa Claus in The Santa Clause film trilogy. His other films include 'For Richer or Poorer', 'Jungle 2 Jungle', 'Galaxy Quest', 'Big Trouble', 'Christmas with the Kranks', 'The Shaggy Dog', 'Wild Hogs', 'Redbelt', and 'Crazy on the Outside'.
Nancy Travis
Nancy Travis plays the role of Vanessa Baxter, Mike's wife. Travis is an actress who began her career on Off-Broadway theater. After which she got her first leading screen role in the miniseries 'Harem' opposite Omar Sharif. She got her breakthrough in 1987 when she played the role of Sylvia Bennington in the comedy film 'Three Men and a Baby', she later appeared in its sequel, 'Three Men and a Little Lady'.
Amanda Fuller
Amanda Fuller plays the role of Kristin Beth Baxter, Mike and Vanessa's eldest daughter. Fuller is an actress who first appeared as Eve in 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'. After which she has appeared in other series like 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit', 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation', 'NCIS', '7th Heaven', 'Judging Amy', 'Boston Public', 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer', '8 Simple Rules', 'The Division', 'Touched by an Angel', 'Malcolm in the Middle', 'The Practice, 'Without a Trace', 'L.A. Doctors' and 'That 70s Show' and a role in the graphic adventure game Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster. Currently, she plays the role of Madison "Badison" Murphy on 'Orange Is the New Black'.

Burditt is an award-winning producer and screenwriter who has worked on series like Netflix's 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt', 'Frasier', '30 Rock', and 'The Mindy Project'. Burditt won two Emmy awards for 'Frasier' and three as an Executive Producer on '30 Rock'.
