Kourtney Kardashian’s parenting style has drawn a lot of attention over the years. The mother of three, has received both appreciation and criticism for her hands-off parenting approach. The oldest Kardashian sister’s kids are noisy and all over the place. She co-parents them with her partner Scott Disick.

In a preview for episode 3 of ’Keeping up with the Kardashians’ season 17, we noticed something very interesting. Momager Kris Jenner and her beau Corey Gamble, appear to be out for dinner with Kourtney and Scott. Kourtney announced to them that her nanny quit. When they enquire why she revealed that her daughter Penelope or P as she is popularly known scratched the nanny’s face.

On hearing this Corey immediately says that if P scratched his face he’d “whoop her ass”. This infuriated Scott, and he immediately confronted Corey with, “You’d hit my daughter?’ Scott began yelling at Corey for suggesting that he would raise his hand on his children. Corey tried defending himself by saying that it would instill some discipline. However, the funniest part of this argument was how unfazed Kris and Kourtney looked while the men argued over parenting skills.

Fans are already talking about it, and are divided about Corey’s reaction. While few fans are on Corey’s side, others feel that Corey was out of line. However, everybody agreed that Kourtney’s children needed some discipline though. A fan who is on Corey’s side wrote, “I can’t wait for next weeks episode when Corey and Scott arguing about ass whoopins. He’s got a point. It doesn’t hurt to Spank your outta control child or some form of discipline. #KUWTK”. Another fan tweeted, “I didn’t watch #KUWTK but I just saw the clip. And I’m on team Corey. We don’t know the full story/scene. But from what I heard, if a child scratches me or hits me...they getting some KIND of discipline. Some white people never seem to discipline their kids.”

A fan who felt that Corey was out of line but Kourtney’s kids needed to be disciplined wrote, “They have said multiple times that Kourtney does not discipline her children. And it clearly shows, if nannies and quitting something ain’t right. But Corey has no right threatening anyone. He has no children and a non factor. #KUWTK”. Another fan echoed the same feelings with, “Corey was out of pocket for that statement, but Kourtney and Scott need to teach Penelope real quick to keep her hands to herself. She’s definitely at that age where she knows better. #KUWTK”.

Fans can’t wait to watch the next episode, to get all the details of the fight. A fan commented, “I need to see Scott and Corey's conversation/argument in context. They're actually going to get me to watch an episode this season. #KUWTK Imma be baited by this.”
