On every season of ‘KUWTK’ we see the Kardashian sisters get into a heated argument with one another and later make up, but the upcoming episode’s fight might be a bit different, for we see Kim and Khloe Kardashian saying that they are “over it”. The clip shows Khloe spotting a hickey on Kourtney’s neck and asking her about it.

The oldest Kardashian sister just walks away without revealing anything. We later see Kim and Khloe following around Kourtney while she is trying to be sneaky. We hear the sisters wondering what the Poosh founder is up to.

Kourt later asks her sisters why they are so involved in her life and business. We, unfortunately, can’t hear the sisters’ response. Kourtney can later be seen with her mother, Kris Jenner. She asks Kris a rhetorical question about how annoying Kim and Khloe are. Momager Kris too appears to be tired of Kim and Khloe’s antics — she responds with “most annoying”.

In the next scene we see Khloe and Kim on a call with Kris, where they can be heard venting out against their sister. We hear Khloe saying that Kourtney should be concerned about the success of the show, while Kim angrily writes off Kourtney by saying, “She doesn’t want to work, she has too many f***ing boundaries, she’s out”. We also see Kim expressing that Kourtney hasn’t been very “open on camera” lately, and Kourtney replies saying Khloe shows every aspect of her life. Khloe reminds her that it is their job. We later see Kourtney explaining that the show isn’t the only thing in her life.

In the light of Kourtney’s recent announcement that she'd be taking a step back from the popular reality show, we can’t help but wonder if the final two episodes are building up to Kourtney’s scarce presence in the coming seasons.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kourtney said, “I just decided to spend more time as a mom and put more of my energy there. But I’m not saying goodbye. But I think you’ll have to see more of it in the new season, season 18. It isn’t airing yet, but it’s being filmed. Currently, in this room.”

Kourtney isn’t the first Kardashian sibling to take a step back from the show. Rob Kardashian has also stepped away from the show, and the Jenner sisters, especially Kendall, aren't featured heavily. But, over the years we have gotten so used to seeing Kourtney and her sarcasm on almost every episode that it’ll be strange not seeing her. But hey, at least now we will know the events that led to our favorite Kardashian sister’s decision to take a step back from the reality show.

You can tune in to ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ season 17, Sunday night at 9 p.m., only on E!
