'Stop talking about us': Kandi Burruss's daughter Riley slams dad Russell Spencer for whining about child support
Kandi Burruss' daughter has fired back at her father, Russell Spencer a.k.a. Big Block, after he publicly ridiculed her as well as her mother. Block reportedly gave an interview to VladTV where he expressed his frustration over paying child support to Kandi, with whom he shares daughter Riley Burruss. He apparently said, “Now how you got more money than me ... and you put me on child support?”
The business magnate did not stop there as he went on to claim that Riley probably feels jealous because of his relationship with his other kids. He added: “I think a lot of people get in her head. There's a lot of jealousy because all my kids live with me. I've got three daughters and three boys. Every last one of my kids lives with me from when they’re born until they graduate except Kandi’s [daughter]. I’ve got an accomplished name, [and I gave my kids who lived with me] a lot of stuff. And I think it’s a lot of jealousy because Riley wasn’t in that situation because her mom put me on child support.”

But Block’s words did not go down well with his 19-year-old daughter who slammed him, as reported by The Shade Room. She said, “My mom and I always try to take the high road. But honestly it’s really upsetting that I constantly have to see you badmouthing us publicly. I was blessed to be raised in a household where my mom provided the best life I could have. No jealousy here. I would appreciate it if you could stop talking about us.”
Kandi also clapped back at her ex by sharing a quote on her Instagram Story that read, "I don't care how well I'm doing, I still need that money you owe me.” The 45-year-old TV personality added: “Don't BLOCK your blessings not doing right by your children.”
Both mother-daughter duo has received support from several people, including singer Monica Denise Arnold, who said: “@rileyburruss so eloquently stated ! We all love you and we’re so proud of you and all your accomplishments! You and @kandi will forever be successful in life , love & family!” Arnold also shared a photo of the two on her Instagram story which was re-shared by Kandi as well. The caption of it was “Sending extra love and light to one of the greatest moms I know. [Kandi] you've always gone above and beyond for your children & [Riley] is a shining example Of just how amazing you are! Love you both.”
T.I. 's wife Tameka Cottle reportedly stated: “It's bad enough u never acted like she existed. That man was absent for years on years at a time [eye roll emoji] Riley balled out her whole life & ain't stopped yet!! Them single mama's don't play bout they baby's they just go harder. He should be thanking Kandi instead of talkn [poop emoji].”
A supporter of Kandi and Riley commented below The Shade Room’s Instagram post, “Very well spoken ! Her dad out of pocket ! Like how u gone say she jealous becuz her siblings live with him . Smh 🤦🏾♀️ that’s embarrassing.” Another one wrote, “Goes to show..ppl literally do anything for attention.. He should apologize..” “Done with grace…we support you Riley!! Leave her alone sir!” the third one added.
