TVN’s 'You Quiz On The Block' featuring BTS: Livestream, date, hosts, where to watch game show special episode

BTS ARMY is all booked for the month of March as the Grammy-nominated K-pop group will not just be performing in a Grammy week special episode, but also appear in a bunch of South Korean Television shows to entertain fans with fun content. TVN has confirmed that BTS will appear in their 99th episode of ‘You Quiz on the Block’.

Though the announcement caused quite a mixed feeling in BTS ARMY due to a past incident regarding one of the hosts of the show, Jo Se Ho, fans are also looking forward to the fun game show. The show producing director (PD) Kim Min Seok stated, “BTS will join the 99th episode of ‘You Quiz on the Block.’ We are planning to create a genuine and pleasant BTS special by adding diverse content and the great chemistry between Yoo Jae Suk and Jo Se Ho.”

Concept

The fun game show 'You Quiz On The Block' involves the guests playing various games involving surprise quiz, and chat with the hosts. For the special episode of BTS, hosts will get to ask fun questions to the group and play games for 100 minutes.

Pre-buzz

The pre-buzz regarding the show involves the controversy of host Jo Seho once ‘disrespecting’ the Grammy-nominated K-pop group vocalist Jungkook. Fans demanded an apology from the TV host prior to the Billboard Hot 100topper septet appearing for the show. A fan said, “It's been ages since they appeared on Variety show I'm really looking forward to it and I won't ever forget the burger incident it still getting on my nerves whenever I think about it better they treat our boy's like Gems and that's what they are.”

Another posted, “JO SEHO U BETTER TREAT JUNGKOOK RIGHT OR ISTG I WILL GO TO KOREA TO HUNT YOU DOWN!” A fan said, “Finally after a long time we gonna see a BTS x Yoo Jae suk interaction again!!!
