LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Acing this year’s hottest trend like a pro, Julia Roberts channelized her inner princess at the premiere of her new rom-com movie 'Ticket to Paradise'.
The 54-year-old actress left jaws dropped with her look in a plunging hot pink gown as she posed with her handsome co-star George Clooney at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles. Helmed by Ol Parker, ‘Ticket to Paradise’ portrays the story of a separated couple’s trip to save their daughter, which ends up becoming a journey in healing their own love problems with each other.

For the star-studded premiere, the ‘Nothing Hill’ star followed the barbiecore trend and opted for a bright pink maxi dress. Styled by Elizabeth Stewart, the diva wore an alluring piece from Greta Constantine's Spring 2021 collection. The dress featured a plunging v-neck, puffed shoulder sleeves, and a voluminous tiered skirt. Roberts complimented her look with a Tyler Ellis clutch bag and diamond-encrusted Chopard drop earrings. She kept her make-up simple yet classic with her famous red hair styled into loose, romantic waves that cascaded down her back.
While Roberts looked straight out of heaven in her pink ensemble, her co-star Clooney looked dapper in a sleek, gray suit which he paired with a simple white dress shirt and shiny black shoes. He added macho touch to his look by leaving the collar of his shirt unbuttoned. ‘The American’ star was accompanied by his wife Amal Clooney at the premiere on Monday, October 17.
The premiere itself was set up to deliver a tropical vibe to the attendees. Ditching the typical red carpet, a soft pink carpet was installed at the theater with vibrant green foliage and flowers adding the major tropical look. Kaitlyn Dever, who will be seen playing the role of Roberts and Clooney’s daughter in the new rom-com, was also captured at the premiere. The ‘Dopesick’ star looked gorgeously chic in a cream-colored, two-piece ensemble.
Both Julia and George are not only playing the lead role in the rom-com but are also producers of the feature. After six years apart, George and Roberts are working together again. The two previously collaborated on the 2016 film 'Money Monster' but this time the duo shared a unique experience while filming their 2022 rom-com.
Talking about the movie, Clooney told The Hollywood Reporter that “Universal did a very brave thing,” adding “These things are only going on streamers now and they did a very brave thing to make a movie like this. We’re grateful. We’re hopeful.”
