LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Dancing with the Stars' got off to a solid start in its September 19 launch on the Disney+ streaming channel, where the long-running reality show migrated from its native home on ABC. Week 2 began with Foxtrot by Jessie James Decker and Alan Bersten, which the judges deemed a significant improvement over Jessie's performance in Week 1, but fans don't seem to agree.

The remaining 15 participants are boogying to the King of Rock 'n' Roll as 'Dancing with the Stars' resumes for the second week of Season 31 with Elvis Night. The Jive, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, and Rumba are among the dancing genres. The evening is divided into three chronological acts, each focusing on a distinct era of Elvis' career, beginning with his early days in rock 'n' roll and concluding with his victory in Vegas. The evening begins with Jessie James Decker and her partner Alan Bersten dancing to 'Trouble,' which the judges thought to be a great upgrade from the premiere week, but fans believe Jessie still needs to let go.

Jessie's performance looked to be slightly better than the previous week. She has the potential to be dynamic, but fans feel the duo may require some more work. Judge Len Goodman, on the other hand, believed the combination of steps was nice and her legs were solid. She looked well in the hold and improved from the previous week. Judge Derek Hough said her performance was more controlled than last week's, but she needed to point her free foot more. Judge Bruno Tonioli believes she's on the correct route, and he appreciates the proper foxtrot content, but adds that she has to glide better. Finally, judge Carrie Ann Inaba is pleased with her performance, which she describes as a "huge step" from last week, with elegance and intensity. Carrie Ann awarded her a 7, Len gave her a 6, Derek gave her a 6, and Bruno gave her a 6. Jessie received a 25 out of 40 for her performance this week.

Fans who appear to disagree with the judges flocked to Twitter to challenge the high score. One 'DWTS' viewer tweeted: "jessie was okay but not deserving of 7s... #dwts." Another fan also criticized her pro dancing partner, Alan, saying: "I’m just not a fan of Jessie James Decker for some reason… and Alan looks so strange tonight no thank you lol #DWTS." One fan who found Jessie's performance to be boring, tweeted: "Jessie whatever is so boring to watch #DWTS31." Not agreeing to the judges comments on her improvement from last week, a fan wrote: "For Jessie I actually like her better last week! #DWTS31." Jessie fans on the other hand feel the judges are too hard on her: "Always —-the judges don’t score Jessie very well. She is great!"
