'Jimmy Kimmel Live!': Pete Davidson has no intention of dating 'The King of Staten Island' co-star Marisa Tomei

Having made quite the name for himself as the goofy, unfiltered bad boy charming all the hot women in the industry, a blushing Pete was asked by Kimmel if he would date Tomei

In the recent past, Pete Davidson has stirred quite the storm in Hollywood after dating a string of the most stunning women in the industry. He kick-started with Ariana Grande, and soon after ending their short-term engagement, he moved on to none other than Kate Beckinsale. The entire planet was left shocked and rattled at the sheer audacity of what Pete, a long term 'Saturday Night Live' alum had accomplished by wooing Beckinsale. But everybody pretty much lost their mind when romance rumors with Cindy Crawford's 'mini-me' Kaia Gerber surfaced the internet. So naturally while chatting about his upcoming film 'The King of Staten Island' on Jimmy Kimmel's at-home talk show, the host felt compelled to ask Pete the most burning question of the hour? Would he, or would he not date our current Spiderman's very hot aunt May? Well, more like would he date Marisa Tomei, now that she's played his mother in the soon to be premiering feature.

Kimmel caught up with Pete as he is currently harboring at his mother's basement, which, he will have you know, has its separate entrance for all the 'cool cats' out there. Promoting the independent coming-of-age film loosely based on Pete's personal life and experiences growing up, the 27-year-old seemed thrilled and excited about its available-on-demand June 12 premiere. He was joined by his mother, Amy Waters Davidson, who also has a teeny tiny cameo in 'The King of Staten Island', along with his grandfather who is just miffed he hasn't been paid for appearing on film yet. After chatting about the lost chance of a grand premiere of the film, and Amy admitting she is glad it was shot last summer, and ready for release now, Kimmel finally addressed the burning question of the hour: Pete's dating life.

Having made quite the name for himself as the goofy, unfiltered bad boy charming all the hot women in the industry, a blushing Pete was asked by Kimmel if he would date Tomei who became a sensation overnight after starring as the revamped and exceptionally attractive Aunt May of Tom Holland's new-age spiderman. Before Tomei's flowing locks and orange tee-shirt had stunned viewers, our perception of the character was a grandmotherly old woman, watching out for Peter Parker in the wake of his uncle and her husband's death. Tomei changed the game forever by being the nerdy cool aunt who is also just unmissably hot. And with Pete's knack for older partners, dating Tomei wouldn't be entirely out of the blue for the stand-up comedian.

But he seems to have other plans. Responding almost readily Pete assured "No, that's insane," when Kimmel suggested the prospect. His mother had the better answer though: "No." Simply shutting down the idea at the bud, Pete and his mother Amy would like the world to know very much that his on-screen mom in the upcoming film is not going to be his off-screen lady in real life. Not any time soon at least. Guess some things are too much even for the bad boy of comedy!

'Jimmy Kimmel Live' from home airs every Tuesdays to Fridays, at 11:30 pm only on ABC.
