Viewers are disturbed by unsettling error in editing

A TikTok user named Kelsey, who goes by the handle @kelseykid_, was excited to watch the newly released movie, 'Prom Pact' on Disney+. However, while watching a scene featuring the cheer team performing during a basketball game, she noticed something strange in the background. When the camera pans to the audience in the stands, members of the basketball team can be seen in the front row, but the people in the rows behind them appear to be computer-generated images, as reported by DailyMail. This discovery has caused a stir on TikTok, with many users taking a closer look at the film’s background scenes.

Viewers also expressed their unease at the editing error. The use of CGI-generated images of people, instead of real extras, caused some viewers to feel scared and disturbed. Some viewers criticized the decision to use CGI instead of hiring real people, suggesting that Disney could have spent more money on extras. One viewer commented "Bro Disney is acting like they can’t afford to hire extras." while another person wrote, "Disney can’t be that broke," under Kelsey's video.

'Prom Pact is so trashy'

Twitter users have commented on the CGI used in the movie and are pointing it out during a scene where the high school cheerleading team is performing. The second row of fans in the stands appears to be made up entirely of computer-generated images (CGI). This has been described as "frightening" and "bone-chilling" by some viewers.

A Twitter user wrote, "WAITTTT I DIDNT KNOW THE CGI HIGH SCHOOLERS WERE FROM PROM PACT". Another wrote, "Disney Plus using CGI Background for Prom Pact is so trashy when it wasn’t needed smh." Similar comments came from another user about the film and how viewers are finding it silly. The user wrote on Twitter  "watching prom pact and they’re cussing up a storm oh my gosh??? IS THIS NOT A DISNEY MOVIE?"
